SYNOPSIS
Three months after a catastrophic flood swamped Lagos's peninsula and coastal regions, 25-year-old Teni is caught in the disaster's aftermath. As Lagos contends with the flood's lasting effects, Teni struggles with a neurotic disorder, experiencing mysterious and disturbing visions and sounds that blur reality and hallucination.
